Submit Reactor Bug Reports
So, you think you've found a bug in Reactor. What do you do? Please follow this process:
- Ensure that you are running the latest version of Reactor. If you aren't, update Reactor, delete the files under the reactor/project folder and see if the problem persists.
- Check with the Reactor mailing list to confirm that what you're running into really is a bug or to get help with your problem. Obviously, if you're seeing an error thrown you don't need to do this, but if something is just not behaving quite as you'd expect it to then check the mailing list first.
- If you don't get any help there or if it's really obvious this is a bug then you should search the bug database to try to confirm that this isn't a new bug. If you find your bug, feel free to add comments to it. If you don't find your bug then you should open a new ticket (you must be registered and logged in).
- Please include the following in the ticket's description:
- The version of ColdFusion you're running and how it's installed (standalone / multi server).
- What operating system you're running ColdFusion under.
- What database you're using.
- A small snippet of code that can be run to reproduce the problem (if this is a code problem)
- Any other information or suggestion resolutions to the bug.
